Vanilla Bean Confectionery™ was born from the love of baking and comes from the same family that brought you Amato’s Ristorante & Pizzeria. Kasia: owner, operator, and baker has 25+ years in the food industry. Her Polish background has brought her love of fine ingredients and techniques from home to the flavors of small batch desserts you see here.
